FEE SCHEDULE

(SORTED CONCILIATION RULES 2025)

1. GENERAL CLAUSES

1.1 Mediator/Conciliator Fee Mutual Consent: The fee payable to the Mediator/Conciliator shall be subject to mutual consent of the parties and the Arbitrator. The parties may agree to a different fee if both parties and the Arbitrator expressly consent in writing.

1.2 Advance Deposit of Registration and Administrative Fees: The registration fee and administrative fee must be deposited before the commencement of Mediation/Conciliation in accordance with these Rules.

1.3 Travel and Accommodation Costs: If physical hearings are held, the parties shall jointly bear the cost of travel and accommodation of the Mediator/Conciliator and the Case, whenever such hearings are agreed upon.

1.4 Bulk Dispute Discount: Where multiple disputes between the same parties are referred to arbitration simultaneously, the Sorted Secretariat may, at its discretion, apply suitable discounts on the registration, administrative, and arbitrator’s fees.

1.5 Amendments to the Fee Schedule: The board of SettleSense Private Limited reserves the right to update the fee schedule periodically.
